Research Interests
Use semantic text mining to build qualitativ models (biological networks) and identify novel/putative genetic interactions in neurodegenerative diseases (Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease).

Identification and verification of testable hypotheses in collaboration with experimental biologists within the HelMA Alliance (Alliance for Mental Health in an Ageing Society).
