Accomodation
Hotel rooms at special rates have been pre-booked for conference participants in three hotels. Transportation by special buses will be organised for conference participants from the Tulip Inn München Schwabing and the Hotel Ibis Nord to the auditorium at the Helmholtz Zentrum in the morning and a return to the hotels at the end of the conference program on each conference day. Booking of these hotels will be possible when the registration process has been started via the Conference Secretariat INTERPLAN.

Rooms and rates are guaranteed until 22.08.2008. All rates are quoted per room and night and incl. breakfast and all taxes. Bookings need to be guaranteed either by a deposit or with your credit card.
The deposit payment equals the amount for the first night and will be deducted from your hotel bill on-site.
In case you state your credit card details (number and expiry date) within your registration your hotel booking is guaranteed. Your credit card will not be charged in advance, the data will be forwarded directly to the hotel.
Please note: The hotel reserves the right to charge you for any changes (later arrival/earlier departure, thus, lost room nights) or cancellation received later than 22.08.2008. Booking changes or cancellations must be made in written.
