Hotel rooms at special rates have been pre-booked for conference participants in two hotels. Transportation by special buses will be organised for conference participants from the Tulip Inn München Schwabing and the Hotel Ibis Nord to the auditorium at the Helmholtz Zentrum München in the morning and a return to the hotels at the end of the conference program on each conference day. Booking of these hotels will be possible when the registration process has been started via the Conference Secretariat INTERPLAN.

Please note:

• Rooms and rates are only guaranteed until 20.03.2009 (Tulip Inn) and until 02.04.2009 (Ibis Hotel). All rates are quoted per room and night and incl. breakfast and all taxes. Bookings need to be guaranteed either by a deposit or with your credit card.
• The deposit payment equals the amount for the first night and will be deducted from your hotel bill on-site.
• In case you state your credit card details (number and expiry date) within your registration your hotel booking is guaranteed. Your credit card will not be charged in advance, the data will be forwarded directly to the hotel.
• Please note: The hotel reserves the right to charge you for any changes (later arrival/earlier departure, thus, lost room nights) or cancellation received later than 20.03.2009 (Tulip Inn) / 02.04.2009 (Ibis Hotel). Booking changes or cancellations must be made in written.
• We would like to inform you that not guaranteed rooms will be cancelled automatically from our side on 20.03.2009 (Tulip Inn) / 02.04.2009 (Ibis Hotel).
