Bavarian NMR Center (BNMRZ)

3D Repertoire
3D Repertoire is an Integrated Project (IP) funded by the European Commission under Framework 6. The project started in February 2005 with 54 month duration and it brings together scientists from eighteen institutions, including three private companies. The main goal of 3D Repertoire is to solve the structures of all amenable protein complexes from the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae at the best feasible resolution, by electron microscopy, X-ray crystallography, NMR and in silico methods.
European Conditional Mouse Mutagenesis Program (EUCOMM)
EUCOMM integrates European skills, efforts, ressources and infrastructure to produce, in a systematic high throughput way, mutations throughout the mouse genome and will make a major contribution to the analysis of gene function.

The goal of the laboratories is to generate a worldwide resource representing all or almost all of the genes in the mouse genome. These laboratories provide logical and bioinformatics support to make the resource accessible and utilizable for researchers.
IMKC International Mouse Knockout Consortium
The members of the International Knockout Mouse Consortium (IKMC) are working together to mutate all protein-coding genes in the mouse using a combination of gene trapping and gene targeting in C57BL/6 mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells. Aim: generating gene mutations in all genes of the mouse, functional annotation of the entire mouse genome.
