- Analysis of the molecular control of pluripotency in murine embryonic stem cells
- Continuous long-term quantification of cell fates and transcription factor expression in living ES cells
- Cutting edge timelapse bioimaging and electronic image processing
- Generation of knock-in ES cell lines and sophisticated stem cell culture
Your Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in biology or related disciplines
- highest scientific interest and motivation
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- experience in:
* stem cell culture,
* phenotyping and transfection/infection
* molecular biology
* microscopy
* computer aided image data acquisition and analysis
