Sample processing prior to measurement must be standardised and follow procedures available on request. An example is provided: SOP for sample preparation.

The quantification is based on the Biocrates Kit AbsoluteIDQTM and covers more than 150 endogenous metabolites like lipids, amino acids, acylcarnitines, carbohydrates and many more. You may see the list of analysed metabolites here:  Metabolites Biocrates Kit AbsoluteIDQTM

Processing of data from targeted metabolomics can be done at automated server (http://metabolomics.helmholtz-muenchen.de/metap2/).
