The GOODWATER ITN management structure is based on the experience of the partners in previous collaborative projects. The management organisation has different levels to distinguish decision-making from operational management and central organisation needs.
The GOODWATER ITN management structure will consist of the following Consortium Bodies:
- The General Assembly as the decision-making body of the Consortium,
- The Supervisory Board as the executive body of the ITN,
- The Coordinator as the intermediary between the Consortium partners and the EC,
- The Management Support Team as the day-to-day management of the ITN.
