Für Reservierungen kontaktieren Sie die Hotels bitte direkt (Kontaktdaten s. unten). Nennen Sie bei der Buchung das Stichwort “Grundwasserisotopen”, um die unten aufgeführten Zimmerpreise zu erhalten. Die Zimmerbuchung muss in der Regel mit einer Kreditkarte garantiert werden.

We have reserved room allotments for the Symposium in the following two hotels near the venue. Please contact the hotels directly for reservations (for contact details please see below) and make sure that you refer to „Grundwasserisotopen“ to get the below mentioned rates. The hotel reservation usually has to be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

Die nachfolgenden Informationen werden von den Hotels benötigt / The following information is needed by the hotels:

• Vollständige Anschrift und Kontaktdaten / full address and contact details
• An- und Abreisedatum / arrival and departure date
• Zimmerart (Einzel-/Doppelzimmer, zwei getrennte Betten) / room type (single or double/TWIN)
• Kreditkartendetails (Nummer, Gültigkeitsdatum, Karteninhaber) /credit card details (number, expiry date, name on card)
• Raucher oder Nichtraucher / smoking or non-smoking etc.

Die Hotels senden Ihnen eine Reservierungsbestätigung mit allen wichtigen Informationen. Das Zimmer muss bei Abreise direkt im Hotel bezahlt werden. Bitte buchen Sie rechtzeitig – spätestens bis 1. September 2010! Die Hotelzimmer werden nach Eingang der Buchungen vergeben.

The hotels will send you a confirmation of your reservation with all necessary information. Payment has to be made directly at the hotel upon check-out. Please book early! Hotel rooms will be allocated on a „first come first serve“ basis until 1 Sepember 2010.
