Accomodation
EUROKONGRESS has reserved room allotments for the Plant Workshop 2010 in the following hotel in the north of the city center of Munich. Bus transfers to and from the hotel to the workshop venue will be provided.
Please contact the hotel directly for reservations (for contact details please see below) and make sure that you refer to „Plant Workshop 2010“. The hotel reservation has to be guaranteed by a valid credit card. The following information is needed by the hotels:
- full address / contact details
- arrival / departure date
- single / double or TWIN (two separate beds) room
- credit card details (number, expiry date, name on card)
- smoking / non-smoking etc.
The hotels will send you a confirmation of your reservation with all necessary information. Payment has to be made directly at the hotel upon check-out.
Please book early! Hotel rooms will be allocated on a „first come first serve“ basis until March 16th, 2010.

The Ibis München City Nord is located near the famous English Garden. With the subway station just 110 yards (100 m) away (where the Lufthansa Airport shuttle also stops), the hotel's tranquil setting in Schwabing in the North of Munich belies its excellent links to the city center. All rooms with W-LAN access (subject to charges).
The above mentioned rates are per room and include breakfast, service and German VAT.
Please note that cancellation fees of the hotel as a result of late cancellation or no-show will be charged to the guest. EUROKONGRESS cannot be held responsible for any cancellation fees.
