For registration to the Workshop please use the online registration. Please submit your registration online. You will receive a confirmation by email. Your personal documents will be handed out at the registration desk onsite.

Please note that online registrations can only be accepted through April 9^th, 2010.  From April 10^th, 2010 on registrations have to be made on site (subject to availability).

Bavarian Evening in the city center of Munich.

The early registration fee is applicable for registration and payment by February 10^th, 2010. From February 11^th, 2010 on the late registration fee will be charged automatically. The above mentioned registration fees for the workshop include the participation in the scientific sessions as well as coffee breaks. Lunch is possible in the Cafeteria, but is not included in the registration fee.

Payment

Payment is only possible by credit card (Mastercard or VISA). The registration fee will be charged to your credit card during the online registration process (using a secure server).

Cancellation

A refund of the registration fees less an administrative fee of 30.00 € will be made when a written cancellation is received by March 12^th, 2010. A refund of the evening reception fees less an administrative fee of 25,00 € will be made when a written cancellation is received by March 12^th, 2010. The full registration fee applies in case of cancellations after this date or no-show.
