The
Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) provides advice on the scientific
aspects of the project. The SAB consists of a minimum of four
selected personalities with high scientific reputation in research
area, with an ability to act independently and free from any
conflict of interest. The SAB has representatives from the relevant
research fields, and from the relevant geographical areas (EU, RF
and USA). |

Dr. E. Ron
(USA):
An expert of epidemiology for populations exposed to ionising
radiation. She is the responsible scientist at the US
National Cancer Institutes for
the Southern Urals radiation risk research. Dr. Ron is member of
ICRP. |

Michael Kiselev (RF): Federal Medical Biological Agency, RF |

Prof. Dr. C. Streffer (Germany): Prof. Dr. Dr. Christian
Streffer is on the board of the institute for Science and Ethics of
the University of Bonn and Essen, Member of the international
Commission of Radiological Protection (ICRP). His main research
interests are the radiation risk especially during the prenatal
development of mammals; combined effects of radiation and chemical
substances; experimental radiotherapy of tumours, especially with
predictive tests for human tumours. |
