Research interest

Non-targeted metabolomics of fecal samples in mice and humans to study gut microbial metabolism in health and disease with the focus on sulfur containing metabolites and lipids (sulfonolipids). Targeted profiling of short chain fatty acids and bile acids in health and disease with main focus on gastrointestinal tract.
