Genome Analysis Center

 back to overview

The Genome Analysis Center uses its infrastructure and expertise to study the mechanisms of the genome, transcriptome and metabolome. Using state-of-the-art high throughput analyses, processes can be comprehensively analyzed at the beginning and during the course of complex diseases and placed into the context of environmental influences. The Genome Analysis Center offers genotyping and DNA sequencing services as well methods of transcriptomics and metabolomics. All technologies are applicable for samples of humans, animals, plants and bacteria, as well as cell cultures.

  • Highly qualified consulting and support in the design and implementation of studies
