Analyzing the predictive power of protein markers (MASP, CRP etc.) for the prediction of risk of type 2 diabetes and prediabetes (targeted proteomics approach).

Analyzing the impact of sex hormones (SHBG, Testosterone etc.) as risk factors for all-cause and cause-specific mortality with survival analysis methods (Cox regression).
