Curriculum Vitae

I studied Bioinformatics in bachelor's and master's at the Technical University of Munich and the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, with half a year abroad at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway. For the bachelor’s and master’s thesis I mainly worked on protein prediction, in particular on the analysis of the experimental and predicted impact of amino acid mutations and the characterization and prediction of the Dark Proteome. After obtaining my M.Sc. in 2019, I started as a PhD student at the Institute of Computational Biology, Helmholtz Zentrum München, in the group of Dr. Narges Ahmidi, Optimization of Patient Treatment. During my PhD, I will be working on the probabilistic prediction of future health trajectories and the deviation from healthy-patients trajectory.
