On March 29th, Fabian Fröhlich successfully defended his dissertation "Scalable Simulation and Optimization Methods for Differential Equation Models describing Biochemical Reaction Networks". Fabian Fröhlich is member of the Research Group "Data-driven Computational Modeling".

The Core Facility "NGS Bioinformatics" provides state-of-the-art bioinformatics analysis pipelines for NGS applications as a service. In addition to standards analyses it will also offer interactive platforms and training to enable users to perform follow-up analytics and visualizations without the need for own large-scale bioinformatics infrastructure and resources.
