Project: Deciphering the mechanisms underlying pancreatic endocrine lineage induction and specification. 

Project description: We will explore the step-wise dynamic changes in chromatin active regions during mouse in vivo endocrinogenesis on single-cell level. Furthermore, we will perform the first genome-wide profile of Ngn3 potential direct target genes in mouse EPs in vivo.
