Research

I am a Research Fellow at the Cancer Research Division, Cancer Council, New South Wales, Australia. My research leverages large-scale genetic, genomic, and epidemiological data to gain insights into human health and reduce the burden of disease.

To this end, a particular research focus is the integration of multi-omics data to identify disease subtypes and prioritise potential new treatments, including drug repurposing opportunities. In parallel, we explore personalised disease prevention and screening by integrating genetic, lifestyle, and health record data. To help bring genomics to the clinic, I am also involved in an implementation trial for Lynch syndrome testing in Australia.
