Antibody Purification and Labeling

Antibody Purification

If required, we can purify your antibody by affinity chromatography. After affinity purification we dialyse the antibody and confirm the functionality by ELISA. For most applications antibody purification is not necessary and recommended as the elution of the antibody from affinity beads includes a pH shift which may influence the specificity of the antibody. Purification is only recommended for live cell experiments, in vivo experiments in animals, and for antibody conjugation to dyes or enzymes.

Antibody Labeling

We can conjugate your purified monoclonal antibody to various dyes or enzymes.
