Cross Mentoring with Cross Consult Munich for Women

Cross Mentoring is a special form of Mentoring. Mentee and Mentor come from different corporations. The core element of Cross Mentoring München is the personal relation between the mentee and an experienced executive/manager, the mentor.

In addition the program, which will give an insight in the culture and management of another corporation and the possibility to expand one’s network, offers self assessment with focus on leadership, coaching in small groups, two lecture evenings as well as round tables and breakfasts addressing the topic of “child and career”.
